Ningbo Pengli Fastener Co., Ltd. has more than 100 employees, including 35 employees, 2 senior engineers and 3rd national level. Have physical and chemical analysis certificates to monitor the quality of our products and improve the heat treatment process. The company has more than 60 production equipment and 5 testing equipment. In order to improve the quality of our products, we imported a eddy current hardness tester from Germany to test our products for 100% hardness. Although we applied large eddy current flaw detectors to detect crack defects in studs, we used imported direct reading spectrometers to verify the chemical composition of the raw materials.
